Lucille M. Hanyzewski

November 18, 1908 – September 122, 1992

Services for Lucille M. Hanyzewski, 83, of Garden Lane, who died at 8am Tuesday in Michiana Community Hospital will be at 10am Friday in St Casimir Catholic Church.  Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 9pm Thursday in St Joseph Funeral Home, where a combined rosary will be said at 7:30pm by the parish and St Casimir Married Men’s Club.

Mrs. Hanyzewski was a former employee of Jack Frost Co.  She was born November 28, 1908, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.  On March 29, 1930, in Gary, as Lucille M. Sojka, she married Sylvester T. Hanyzewski.  He survives with two sons, Duane and Dennis, both of South Bend; three grandchildren; and a great grandchild.  She was a member of the church and Club 53.
