LAKEVILLE - Cleo R. Haslanger, 75, of 64518 U.S. 31, died at 3 p.m. Friday in her home after an illness. Mrs. Haslanger retired in 1981 as a teacher at Union North School Corp. after 35 years of service. She was born Oct. 27, 1918, in Lakeville, and was a lifelong area resident.

On June 10, 1951, in South Bend, as Cleo R. Good, she married Robert K. Haslanger. He survives, with a daughter, Ruth Yeager of Evansville; a son, Mark, of South Bend; a grandson; two sisters, Alice Osborn of Culver and Marilyn Sheely of Lakeville; and two brothers, Dick Good of Lakeville and Carl Good of Bremen. She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, South Bend, and Indiana Retired Teachers Association.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the church. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday in Palmer Funeral Home, Lakeville. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County Inc., American Heart Association or the church.
