Brother Norbert Henske CSC, 73, died at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday in the Dujarie House Infirmary, at Holy Cross Brothers Center, after an extended illness. He was a retired teacher. Born Jan. 28, 1900 in St. Louis, Mo. He entered the novitiate of the Brother of Holy Cross in 1917. He held both BA and MS degrees from the University of Notre Dame. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Elks Lodge, the National Association of Teachers of Mathematics, the American Mathematics Assn. and the Chicago Council of Teachers of Mathematics. He was also active in the Boy Scouts of America.

Friends may call at the Brothers Center from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. Services will be at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of the Brothers Center, with burial in the community cemetery there.
