SOUTH BEND - Nora Jane Hill, 81, of
1410 N. Olive St., died at 7:45 p.m. Jan. 27 in Meridian Nursing
Center-Cardinal. Mrs. Hill was born Dec. 7, 1912, in Montgomery,
Ala., and lived in South Bend for 60 years.
On April 12, 1968, in South Bend, she
married Elvie Hill. He survives with a son, Howard White
of Country Club Hills, Ill.; four grandchildren; a sister, Reedie
Cogdell of South Bend; and nieces and a nephew. She was a
member of Saints Memorial Church of God in Christ.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the
church. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call
one hour before services in the church. Alford's Mortuary is in
charge of arrangements.
