MISHAWAKA — Beulah A. Hoisington, 81, of Tanglewood Lane, died Sunday in Fountainview Place. Survivors include two stepdaughters, Dorothy Dickerson of Albion, Mich., and Pauline Brazil of Florida; a stepson, Theo Freeland of Fort Wayne; and a sister, Helen Rehder of Mishawaka. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Church of the Nazarene. There will be no visitation. Bubb Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.

Beulah A. Hoisington (Jan. 17, 1920 - Sept. 2, 2001).

Beulah A. Hoisington, 81, of Mishawaka formerly of Niles, Mich., and Zephyrhills, Fla., died at 10:50 p.m. Sunday, September 2, in Fountainview Place of Mishawaka.

She was born on Jan. 17, 1920, in Elkhart, Indiana to Herbert O. and Erna (Tucker) McNutt who preceded her in death along with three sisters, Lola Radics, Verna Logan, Evelyn Biggs and a brother, Melvin McNutt.

Beulah married William Freeland who died December 1960. She then married Paul H. Hoisington on September 12, 1964, and he died September 3, 1996.

She was a homemaker and a member of the First Church of The Nazarene.

Mrs. Hoisington is survived by two stepdaughters, Dorothy (Gar) Dickerson of Albion, Mich., and Pauline Brazil of Florida; a stepson, Theo (Helen) Freeland of Fort Wayne; and a sister, Helen (H. Dean) Rehder of Mishawaka. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 11 in the First Church of The Nazarene, Mishawaka, with Rev. Paul Wallace officiating. There will be no visitation. Her final resting is in Fairview Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by the Bubb Funeral Chapel.
