MRS. EMMA T. HONER

Mrs. Emma T. Honer 73, of 705 E. Madison St died Friday in the River Park Nursing Home following a two year illness. She was born March 15, 1888, in Kansas City, Mo. and had lived in South Bend since 1912. She was married on August 29, 1912 in Kansas City to John G. Honer who died in 1958. Survivors are two stepsons, Francis A. Honer of South Bend and John E. Honer of Compton, Calif.; a sister Mrs. A. A. Bond, Eldorado Springs, Mo; six step-grandchildren and 12 step-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Orvis Funeral Home with A. D. Maloney of the Christian Science Church officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call in the funeral home after 7 p.m. today. She was a member of Chapter 3, Order of Eastern Star.
