SOUTH BEND - Charlotte Catherine Hoose,
90, of Houston, formerly of South Bend, died Wednesday in
Houston. She was employed by Studebaker Corp. for more than 30
years, She was born April 1, 1903 in Ohiopyle, Pa., and lived in
South Bend until 1978.
On July 3, 1926, in Mishawaka, as Charlotte
C. Hall, she married Francis W. Hoose. He died in 1983.
She is survived by a son James, of Houston; four grandchildren;
and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held today in Kinsmen
Lutheran Church, Houston and burial will be in Memorial Oaks
Mausoleum, Houston. George H. Lewis & Sons Funeral Home,
Houston, handled arrangements.
