SOUTH BEND -- Mary H. Horvath, 86, of Hollywood Boulevard, died Wednesday in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. Survivors include six daughters, Carolyn Burbridge of Fairfield Bay, Ark., Sue Cameron of Tippecanoe, Sharon Dale and Kathy Moak, both of South Bend, Betty Read of Houston, and Wanda G. Cameron of Middlebury; and five sons, Bob Leverich of Marysville, Mich., Norman Leverich of Argos, Andy Horvath, William Horvath and James Horvath, all of South Bend. Memorial services will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. Forest G. Hay Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
