Theresa G. Hostetler, 71, of Regency Place, formerly of Terrace Ct., South Bend, died at 2:20 p.m. Monday in the nursing facility. She was born January 4, 1930, in South Bend, and was the daughter of Stanislaw and Natala Walczewski. Ms. Hostetler retired from the former Carlyle Nursing Home after 20 years of service.

Surviving Ms. Hostetler are two sons, John W. Hostetler (Hoz) and Steve E. Hostetler, both of South Bend; and a daughter, Donna K. Colburn of Mishawaka, IN; one sister, Henrietta Kalka of Mishawaka, IN; and two brothers, Frank Walczewski of Niles, MI, and Al Walczewski of South Bend, IN. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Cassie J. Colburn, Justin M. Siders, Steven J. Hostetler, Jessica M. Hostetler, Eric E. Colburn; two daughters-in-law, Pamela M. Hostetler and Noreen A. Hostetler; and by one son-in-law, Arthur E. Colburn. Preceding Ms. Hostetler in death were three brothers, Casey, Stanley and Walter Walczewski; and one sister, Josephine Campbell.

Family and friends may call from 2:00 until 4:00 and 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of which she was a member. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
