Anthony David "Collins" Hundley, 4, of 530 N. St. Louis Boulevard, South Bend, Ind., died on Friday, Feb. 14, due to comsplications of cerebral palsy. The Lord has come to take his son Anthony home. Anthony was born in South Bend, Ind., on Nov. 11, 1998, to Tara Marie and Lucus Anthony Collins. Anthony was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, John V. Smith. Anthony is survived by his paternal grandparents, Daren Collins of South Bend, Olga and Martin Mersich of South Bend; his great-grandmothers, Nancy Collins and Maria Carmona of South Bend; great-grandfather, Larry Collins of South Bend; maternal grandparents, Betty Smith of South Bend and James Hundley of Fort Worth, Texas; great-grandmother, Betty E. Smith; great-great-grandmother, Theresa Moser. Surviving are Anthony's aunt, Annalessya Smith; three uncles, Arron Mersich, Donald Collins and Zachary Collins, all of South Bend; and godparents, June Smith and Jeff Nitz.

The funeral will be held 4 to 6 p.m. today (family only) in the Cobb Funeral Home; a Thursday 2 p.m. viewing with funeral services at 3 p.m. Donations are being taken in lieu of flowers at Community Wide Federal Credit Union.
