Mrs. Norman Imus: (South Bend Tribune 8/4/1960)

Mrs. Sophia Imus, 54905 Linwood Rd., died at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Hospital after an illness of two years. She was born in South Bend on April 11, 1907. She was married to Norman Imus in the Holy Family Catholic Church in 1943. Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Clay, of South Bend; five grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Theresa Thomas, Mrs. Anna Mason, Mrs. Frances Borowski and Mrs. Martha Chapla, all of South Bend, and four brothers, Frank, Sylvester and Leo Golubski, all of South Bend, and Stanley Golubski of Detroit. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the St. Joseph Funeral Home. Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in Holy Family Church with Rev. Joseph Lesniak, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
