Jacqueline S. Jachimiak

April 4, 1961 – December 24, 1961

Jacqueline Sue Jachimiak, eight month old daughter of Mr & Mrs Theodore S. Jachimiak, 52645 Hollyhock Rd., died at 6pm Sunday in St Joseph’s Hospital. The cause of death has not been determined. 

The child was born in South Bend April 4.  Surviving besides the parents are a brother, John Frederick; two sisters, Jodie Lynn and Naoma Jo, all at home; three grandparents, Mrs & Mrs Joseph S. Jachimiak of South Bend and Mrs. Erma Dover of South Bend, and four great grandparents, Mr & Mrs Elvie Ferguson of South Bend and Mr & Mrs John Dover of Bridgman MI.
