Funeral Notes
JOHNSON-Funeral services for Will (Doc) Johnson, 71, of
1628 Sibley St.,
who died Tuesday in Memorial Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the
Clark's Funeral chapel with Rev. Henry L. Giden, of Mt. Oliver Baptist
Church,
officiation. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call in the
chapel. A retired employee of the New York Central Railroad, he was born
Feb.
11, 1897, in Mississippi. He had resided in South Bend 25 years, coming
from
East St. Louis, Mo. He resided with Mr. and Mrs. Joe Coleman.
