Frank S. Jurgonski: (South Bend Tribune 9/14/1973)

Frank S. Jurgonski, 57, of 23562 Huron St., died at 8:45 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital after an illness of one year. He was employed at the St. Francis Covent nine years. He was born Sept. 12, 1916, in South Bend and lived here all his life. On Feb. 9, 1952, he married Rose Ferger, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Kathy at home; three brothers, Bill, Richard,  and Daniel, all of South Bend; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Reiter and Mrs. Stella Skarupinski, both of South Bend. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home. Mr. Jurgonski was veteran of World War II, a member of the American Legion, Pulaski Post 357; the Z.B. Falcons, Nest 80; the Anchor Inn Conservation Club, an honorary member of St. Joseph Young Men’s Club, a member of Breezer’s Conservation Club, and an honorary member of the Polish National Alliance, Group 83.
