Mrs. Joseph Kapalczynski

April 21, 1892 - February 13, 1945

 

Mrs. Katheryn Agnes Kapalczynski, aged 52, of 1702 Florence Avenue, died suddenly at 3:35pm Tuesday in her home.

 

She was born in Morris Run PA, April 21, 1892, and had come to South Bend from that city 40 years ago.  On July 9, 1919, she was married in St Stanislaus; Roman Catholic Church to Joseph Kapalczynski, who survives.  Also surviving are the parents, Mr. & Mrs. Jacob Pawlak; a son, Ralph, and two daughters, the Misses Henrietta & Irene Kapalczynski; a brother, Stephen Pawlak, and seven sisters, Mrs. Mary Rosploch, Mrs. Stella Jablonski, Miss Agnes Pawlak; Mrs, Martha Hudzinski, Mrs. Helen Karbowski, Mrs. Hattie Kosinski and Mrs. Lillian Makowski.

 

Friends will be received in the home after 7pm today until the funeral at 9am Saturday in St Stanislaus Church.  Interment will be in St Joseph's Cemetery.  Mrs. Kapalczynski was a member of the Women's Apostleship of Prayer of St Stanislaus

Funeral services for Mrs. Joseph Kapalczynski of 1702 Florence Avenue, have been changed from 9am to 10am Saturday in St Stanislaus Church.
