Theophil (Ted) Kazmierczak

December 13, 1910 - November 9, 1982

 

Theophil (Ted) Kazmierczak, 71, of 442 S. Grant St., was dead on arrival at 11:17am Tuesday at St Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka, after a sudden illness while in Mishawaka.  He was a retired from Wheelabrator-Frye Corp in 1978.

 

He was born on December 13, 1910, in South Bend, and lived here all his life.  On November 28, 1935, in South Bend, he married Jean Radlowski, who survives.  Also surviving are a daughter, Mr. Diane Hostetler of Granger; a son, Daryl of South Bend; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Radecki, Miss Bernice Kazmierczak, Mrs. Alice Dygulski and Mrs. Jean Andrysiak, all of South Bend; and a brother, Chester, of South Bend.

 

Services will be at 10am Friday in St Adalbert's Catholic Church, with Rev. Eugene J. Kazmierczak, pastor, officiating.  Entombment will be in Resurrection Gardens Mausoleum at St Joseph Cemetery.  Friends may call from 7 to 9pm today and 2 to 9pm Thursday in the St Joseph Funeral Home where rosaries will be recited at 2pm Thursday by the parish.  He was a member of the Harvest House of St Adalbert's and Moose Lodge 599 of Elkhart.

Services for Theophil (Ted) Kazmierczak, 71, of 442 S. Grant St., who died Tuesday at St Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka, will be conducted at 10am Friday at St Adalbert's Catholic Church, with Rev. Eugene J. Kazmierczak, pastor, officiating.  Entombment will be in Resurrection Gardens Mausoleum at St Joseph Cemetery.

 

Friends may call until 9pm today at the St Joseph Funeral Home, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30pm.  Among survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Diane Hostetter of Granger and a stepsister, Mrs. Lottie Ogorek of South Bend.
