Karl Knoblock

Osceola – Karl Knoblock, 32, of Osceola, Ind. died at 5 this morning at St. Joseph Hospital, South Bend. He had undergone an operation 5 weeks ago and had been in ill health for 18 months.

 

Before his illness he was employed at Ball Band, Mishawaka.

 

The son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Knoblock, Mishawaka, he was born Nov. 20, 1911 at South Bend.

 

Surviving beside his parents are the widow, the former Ruth Green, 2 sons, Richard Allen and Jack Douglas; a brother Walter, who is at Camp Beal, Calif., and 2 sisters, Mrs. Lester Kreakbaum and Mrs. James Doherty, both of Mishawaka.

 

The body is at Sprague Funeral Home, Mishawaka, where the funeral will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Wayner Eller, pastor of the Osceola Methodist church, officiating.

 

Editor: His one sister is actually spelled Mrs. Lester (Mary Jane) Creakbaum. The other sister is Mrs. James (Martha Christine) Doherty
