John Kocsis

1903 – December 25, 1968

John Kocsis, 65, of 726 S. Grant St., died at 8:45am Wednesday in St Joseph’s Hospital where he had been a patient for five days.  He came to South Bend 40 yeas ago from Hungary.  He married Vera Kovach in Mary 1932, at St Stephen’s Church in South Bend.  She survives.  Also surviving are a son, John S. Kocsis, and a daughter, Miss Anna Kocsis, both at home; and two brothers, and two sisters, all in Hungary.

Friends may call after 7pm today in Nemeth Funeral Home.  Services will be at 10am Saturday in St Stephen’s Church with Very Rev. Msgr. Elmer G. Peterson, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
