Casimer Kolczynski: (South Bend Tribune 1/11/1959)
Casimer Kolczynski, of 56220 Quince Rd., died in the Indiana State Soldiers’ Home in Lafayette Saturday morning following an eight-year illness. Born in South Bend on June 7, 1894, he was a painter at Bendix Products Division of Bendix Aviation Corp. He married Hattie Pawlicki on Feb. 16, 1923. She survives as do three sons, Casimer Jr., Lawrence and Daniel, all of South Bend; five grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Gustie Paczesnic, of Muskegon, Mich., and four brothers, Joseph, Clement, Alex and Leo, all of South Bend. Friends may call in the St. Joseph Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today. Services are scheduled at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, conducted by Rev. Thomas Depa. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. He was a member of Bendix Post 284, American Legion.
