Mrs. Violet Konopinski

March 24, 1902 - January 12, 1974

Mrs. Violet Konopinski, 72, of 51719 Mayflower Rd, died at 1:10am Saturday in Mountain View CA after a sudden illness while she was vacationing there.

She was born March 24, 1902, in Albion and came to South Bend in 1918 from Scotts MI.  On October 15, 1949, in South Bend, she was married to Frank Konopinski, who died in 1970.

Surviving are a son, Francis Parik of Sunnyvale CA; a daughter, Mrs. Anna Schroeder of Berrien Springs MI; four grandchildren; a great grandchild, and a brother, Art Bailey of Battle Creek MI.

The Welsheimer Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
