Nov. 24, 1913-Jan. 9, 1997 SOUTH BEND – Violet Kowalewski, 83, of Kenosha, Wis., formerly of South Bend, died Thursday in Kenosha. Survivors include her husband, Julius; a daughter, Virginia “Ginger” Robinson of Kenosha; a son, Richard Rydecki of Oregon, Wis.; and a brother, Edward Dunn of Indianapolis. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Mary’s Church, Kenosha. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today in Proko Funeral Home, Kenosha. St. Joseph Funeral Home is handling area arrangements.
