Sebastian Kronewitter

Sebastian Kronewitter, an old citizen of Mishawaka, who for some time past has been living at the Longcliff asylum, died on Monday after a short illness from pneumonia. Mr. Kronewitter was born in Bavaria, Germany, June 7, 1830, and came here 42 years ago and at the time of his death was 78 years old.

He was married to Miss Kunegunda Lamb in Germany who passed away sevral years ago. Mr. Kronewitter leaves the following children, Mrs. Michael Holland of Maumes, O., Mrs. Peter Krause of Steger, Ill., and Mrs. A. H. DeGroote of this city.

The remains were brought to this city and the funeral was held Thursday morning at 9 o’clock from St. Joseph Catholic Church the Rev. L. A. Moench officiating.
