Edna Belle Krumanaker

Osceola - Mrs. Edna Schuyler Krumanaker, 83, of Rt. 1, Osceola, died at 6:45 a.m. today in the Fountainview Place nursing home, after an illness of 1-1/2 years.

 

She was born Sept. 2, 1894.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lucille Smith and Mrs. Cleo Philion of South Bend; a son, Max, of Marion, Ohio; eight grandchildren. Another daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Scheibelhut, died in December, 1977. The Warner Funeral Home, Osceola, is handling arrangements.

Services for Mrs. Edna Schuyler Krumanaker, 83, of Rt. 1, Osceola, who died Wednesday in the Fountainview Place nursing home, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Warner Funeral Home, Osceola. Rev. Jim Fritz, pastor of the Osceola United Methodist Church, will officiate, and burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.

 

Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home. Mrs. Krumanaker was an inactive member of the Order of Eastern Star.

Editor: As Edna Belle Ludlow she married Schuyler Eugene Krumanaker on 6-27-1947. He died in Osceola in 1973. The four children mentioned Lucille, Cleo, Max and Evelyn are actually step-children as they are children of Schuyler’s first marriage to Ruth Faye Welker.
