Max Weldon Krumanaker

Services for Max W. Krumanaker, 71, of Marion, Ohio, formerly of Mishawaka, who died Sundaty at Marion General Hospital, were held Tuesday at Boyd Funeral Home, Marion. Burial  was in Clairdon Cemetery, Marion. Memorial contributions may be made to the organ fund of Timothy Lutheran Church, Marion. He retired in 1986 as plant superintendent of Dallas Corp, Marion Tadco Division.

 

He was born Feb. 25, 1916 in Mishawaka, and moved to Marion 27 years ago. On Nov. 11, 1939, in Mishawaka, he married Carolyn Schenkel, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Kay Mitchell of Marion; a son Kent of Marion; seven grandchildren; and two sisters, Lucille Smith of South Bend and Cleo Philion of Colorado Springs, Colo. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 483, Huntington, Ind. and Elks Lodege 32, Marion and Moose Lodge 889, Marion.

 

Editor: He is the son of Ruth Faye Welker and Schuyler Eugene Krunamaker. His wife Carolyn Amelia Krunamaker died 6-16-2001 in Marion.
