Frank S. Kubasik

September 22, 1910 – December 19, 1978

Frank S. Kubasik 68, of 754 S. Phillipa, died at 11:30am Tuesday at home of natural causes.  He was employed by the maintenance department at the University of Notre Dame.

Kubasik was born on September 22, 1910, in South Bend where he lived all his life.  On August 26, 1939, he married Eleanor Wawrzyniak, who survives.  Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Rita Kanczuzewski; a son, Robert; two grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Helen Kuminecz, all of South Bend.

Services will be at 9am Thursday at St Adalbert’s Catholic Church with Rev. Eugene Kazmierczak, pastor, officiating.  Entombment will be in St Joseph Cemetery.

Friends may call until 9pm today at the St Joseph Funeral Home where the parish rosary will be recited at 7:30pm today.
