SOUTH BEND - Gary Eugene Kujawski, 42, of Canton, Mich., formerly of South Bend, died at 5:02 p.m. Sunday in his home. Wayne County Medical Examiner's office has ruled the death a suicide. Mr. Kujawski was plant manager for Polymeric Corp., Livonia, Mich. He was born Oct. 12, 1952, in South Bend.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Kujawski of Fayetteville, Ga.; two daughters, Tara Kujawski and Jennifer Kujawski, both of Fayetteville; his parents, JoAnn and Eugene Kujawski of South Bend; two sisters, Susan Barth of Sarasota, Fla., and Claire Glass of Englewood, Calif.; and two brothers, Neal and Kenneth, both of South Bend. He was a graduate of Purdue University.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Holy Cross Catholic Church. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, where a wake will be at 7 p.m.
