Henry Lerner

December 10, 1859August 22, 1930

 

Henry Lerner, age 70, life long resident of this city, died in his home at 1133 Cleveland Avenue, Friday night after a two year illness of carcinoma.

 

He was born in Mishawaka, December 10, 1859, and was married to Miss Anna Arnold, who survives, March 7, 1886, in Mishawaka.

 

In addition to the wife, a daughter, Mrs. John Mitchell, lived in South Bend, and two brothers, George Lerner of Mishawaka, and Christopher Lerner of Elkhart, survive.

 

The body may be viewed from Sunday noon until the hour of the funeral in the residence and the funeral will be held from there Monday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock, the Rev. W. B. Warriner o the Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church in charge.  Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.

Funeral Notes

Last rites for Henry Lerner, 1133 Cleveland Avenue, were held this afternoon in the residence at 2:30 o’clock the Rev. W. B. Warringer, of the Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church, officiating.  Burial occurred in Riverview Cemetery.
