Ralph H. Link

Ralph H. Link, 72, of Hampton Road, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away early on Tuesday morning, Jan. 11, at 3 a.m. in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend. Mr. Link was born on April 30, 1928 in LaPorte, Ind. as the son of the late Raymond and Edna (Hoeppner) Link.

 

On May 7, 1955, in LaPorte he married the former Betty Foy. Mr. Link is survived by his wife of 45 years, Betty; a daughter, Sharon (Gary) Gatlin of Osceola, Ind.; a son, Steve (Judy) Link of Mishawaka; three granddaughters, Megan Link, Monica Krych, and Natalie Gatlin; and by a sister, Marion Heath of LaPorte.

 

Mr. Link was employed by Allied Signal for 41 years, where from 1979 to 1994 he was the Production Manager. He retired in 1994. He was a Korean Conflict Army Veteran. Mr. Link was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Mishawaka, and a member of the Bendix Retirees Club.

 

Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 14 in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 West Eighth Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 15 in the funeral home with Rev. Ronald Bowman officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.
