Robert M. Linson, 74, of West 8th
Street, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away on Saturday, Dec. 16, in his
home. Mr. Linson was born on Oct. 4, 1926, in Russiaville, Ind.,
as the son of the late David and Dorothy (Lineback)
Linson. He is survived by a daughter, Patty Linson of South Bend;
three stepdaughters, Dixie Fogerson of Sparks, Nev., Vicki
Custard and Beverly Tompkins, both of Allyn, Wash.;
a brother, Wayne (Annette) Linson of Mishawaka; and by a sister,
Delores Artusi of Mishawaka. Mr. Linson was employed by
St. Joseph County as the building inspector. He was a veteran of
World War II, serving in the Army. Mr. Linson was a member of VFW
Post 360 and the De Loretto Club.
A private family service will take place. There will be no visitation. The Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, 3408 Ardmore Trail, South Bend, IN 46628; or to the charity of donor's choice.
