Funeral rites for Mrs. Josephine Lippert, 75, of 520 ½ S. Spring St., who died unexpectedly at 9 p.m. Friday, will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Bubb Funeral Chapel. Very Rev. Msgr., Curt A. Suelzer, pastor of St. Joseph’s Church will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call in the Bubb Chapel after 7 p.m. today. Mrs. Lippert was born in St. Joseph County and had lived all of her lifetime here. As Josephine Fisher she married Peter Lippert, Nov. 25, 1925 in South Bend. He died Feb. 24, 1947. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Clara Kosikowski, of Oak Creek, Wis.; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Dornbrock, of Michigan City and Mrs. Verna Schultz, of Mishawaka; four brothers, Sylvester Smorowske of Mishawaka; Michael Platts and Richard Reed, both of South Bend and John Pawlocki, of Bristol.
