SOUTH BEND - Mr. Richard A. ''Rick'' Lolmaugh, 37, of North Coquillard Drive, died of apparent injuries suffered at the scene of an automobile accident in the 300 block of East Jefferson Boulevard shortly after 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6. He was born on April 2, 1962, in South Bend, Ind., to Janet (Murray) Lolmaugh and Jack Lolmaugh of South Bend, who both survive. Rick was a truck driver for many years, the last six of which were with Patrick Industries. Mr. Lolmaugh was a member of the Teamster's Union, American Legion, and was a United States Army veteran.

On April 20, 1991, in South Bend, he married Brandy C. (Michalski) Lolmaugh of South Bend, who survives. He is also survived by their daughter, Jordan R., and son, James R., both at home; a sister, Connie Bays of Florida; and by three brothers, Edward, Samuel and Douglas Lolmaugh, all of South Bend.

The family will receive guests from noon until 2 p.m. on Wednesday in the McGann Funeral Homes, University Area Chapel, 2313 E. Edison Road, South Bend. There will be no ceremony, and he will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
