Oct. 30, 1980 - June 4, 2008 SOUTH BEND - Tabbatha "Tabby" Lolmaugh, 27, died Wednesday. Survivors include her husband, Jason C.: children, Megan Lynn and Alex James ; her mother, Jan K. ; sisters, Elizabeth L. (Mike) Ray and Mikayla Evans; and a brother, Jonathon L. Evans. Her father, M. Steve Evans, preceded her in death. Services will be Tuesday at 11 AM in Palmer Funeral Home, Guisinger Chapel, where friends may visit from 4 to 8 PM Monday, and one hour prior to services Tuesday. Contributions may be made to her children, c/o Palmer Funeral Home, 3718 S. Michigan St., South Bend, IN 46614. Published in the South Bend Tribune on 6/8/2008.

Editor's Note: Tabby was the adopted daughter of the late Steve and Jan Evans. Her maternal parents were Jerry and Rita Ann . Her maternal Grandfather Richard H. Soule Sr. passed away on April 16th of this year. She also has to mourn her, her maternal Grandmother, a sister and Steffanie, Jererimah, Zackery Teeters. 2 brothers; 2 maternal Uncles and one Maternal Aunt who will miss her dearly as well as many Great Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
