OSCEOLA - Patricia M. Lukasiak, 49,
of North Olive Street, died at 1 p.m. Saturday in Memorial
Hospital, South Bend, after an illness. Mrs. Lukasiak was a loan
consultant. She was born March 18, 1946, in Brooklyn, N.Y., and
lived here since 1947.
On Dec. 21, 196l, in South Bend, as Patricia
Lake, she married L. ''Luke'' Lukasiak. He survives with a
daughter, Donna Houghton of Goshen; two sons, Luke S. of
Osceola and Matthew of Middlebury; a granddaughter; her mother,
Veronica Lake of South Bend; three sisters, Cathy Legree
of South Carolina, Joann Coughlin of Edwardsburg and
Eileen Collins of South Bend; and a brother, Allen Lake of
Albion, Mich.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St.
Joseph Funeral Home, South Bend. Burial will be in Sumption
Prairie Cemetery, St. Joseph County. Friends may call from 2 to 8
p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be
made to American Heart Association of St. Joseph County.
