Sister M. Anna Dolores Lynch CSC, 81, of Saint Mary’s Convent, died at 12:21 a.m. Monday in the convent. She was born July 2, 1910 in Chicago as Margaret Mary Lynch. She entered the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross at St. Mary’s on Aug. 16, 1929; was received as a novice Aug. 15, 1930; and professed here vows Aug. 15, 1932. She was a music teacher and taught at schools including the former St. Joseph Academy in South Bend as well as ones in Washington DC; Plymouth; East Chicago; Michigan City; Illinois and Nebraska. She lived at Our Lady of Holy Cross Convent from 1982 to 1988.

 

Services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Christ the King Chapel at St. Mary’s with burial in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery at St. Mary’s. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today in the chapel, where a wake will be at 7 p.m.
