Sister Felicia Marie CSC, died in the motherhouse of St. Mary’s College Friday after a prolonged illness. She was born Catherine Mahoney in Jacksonville, Ill. in 1869 and lived there until she entered the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1927. She made her final vows in 1932.  She served in the order in many convents in the Midwest and Western Provinces, spending her final years in the motherhouse.

A requiem high mass and funeral services were conducted at the College today. Burial will be Sunday in the community cemetery.
