SOUTH BEND - Zake Manuszak, 6 weeks, passed away on Wednesday in St. Vincent Womens Hospital, Indianapolis. Survivors include his parents, Alan and Jocelyn Manuszak; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Terese Melton and Tami Kindley; and paternal grandparents, David and Valerie Price. Graveside service will be at 11 am Monday in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family prior to the service at Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, from 10 to 10:45 am, where a procession will follow to the cemetery.
