Martin H. Martindale (Nov. 30, 1912 - March 9, 2003)

SYRACUSE — Martin Herbert "Herb" Martindale, 90, of 605 Portland Ave., died at 2:43 a.m. Sunday in Goshen General Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Camilia (Swartz); two daughters, Mary Jo Plencner of South Bend and Mary Fermi of Uxbridge, Mass; three sons, William "Bill" of Flint, Mich., Larry of Syracuse and Ted of Nappanee; and a sister, Liza Hope of Tempe, Ariz. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Leesburg Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse.
