Sister Emiliiana McCondery CSC

Sister Emiliiana CSC, 81, one of the oldest sisters at Saint Mary’s Convent and academy, died yesterday. Her worldly name was Mary Ann McCondery. She was born in Ireland in 1832, and had been connected with the academy since 1856. She was a sister to Sister Euthnia CSC, who died two weeks ago at the academy.

Funeral services will be held from the convent chapel tomorrow with burial in the community cemetery.
