SOUTH BEND - Judie H. (Hoffman) McCormack,
58, of Whitehall Drive, died at 12:42 a.m. today in St. Joseph's
Medical Center after an illness. Mrs. McCormack was a licensed
practical nurse for many years in South Bend. She was born Aug.
11, 1936, in Grand Rapids and lived in South Bend for 29 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Cheryl M.
Huber-Benisti of Pompano Beach, Fla., and Michelle T. McCormack
of South Bend; a son, Fred Huber of Hyde Park, N.Y.,; two
grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Ann Sheehy and Marilyn
Hoffman, both of Flint, Mich., and Margaret Cloherty of Hilton
Head, S.C.; and a brother, Robert Hoffman of San Marcos, Calif.
She was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church.
There will be no services or visitation.
Memorial services will be at a later date. Hickey Funeral Home is
in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to
the American Heart Association or the church.
