MISHAWAKA - Sister M. Marietta OSF, 76, of Our Lady of the Angels retirement home, St. Francis Convent, died there at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday after an illness. She was a former teacher and librarian at St. John the Baptist School in South Bend. Sister M. Marietta was born Rosalie McGuire on Oct. 17, 1909 in Lafayette, Ind.

Surviving are a sister, Mary Courter, and a brother, James D. McGuire, both of Lafayette.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Francis Convent and burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the convent. Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
