Addie Marie McMillan

Aug. 8, 1861 – Jan. 18, 1960

Mishawaka - Mrs. Addie McMillan, 78, of 1553 E. McKinley Hwy., died at 12:30 p.m. Monday in the River Park Nursing Home, South Bend.  She had been ill for the last three years. 

 

Mrs. McMillan was born in Starke County, Indiana, and had lived most of her lifetime in Mishawaka. 

 

As Addie Cobler she married Lee McMillan Dec. 27, 1905.  He died in 1949.

Mrs. McMillan is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Cox and Mrs. Raymond Termont, both of Mishawaka; a son, Claude D. McMillan, also of Mishawaka; a brother, J. E. Cobler, of Elkhart; three granddaughters; two grandsons and five great-grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Bent & Sprague Chapel.  Rev. Raymond D. Harris, pastor of the First Christian Church, will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. 

 

Friends may call in the funeral chapel after 7 p.m. today.  Mrs. McMillan was a member of the First Christian Church.

Funeral services for Mrs. Addie McMillan, 78, of 1553 E. McKinley Hwy., who died Monday, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Bent & Sprague Funeral Chapel.  Rev. Raymond D. Harris, pastor of the First Christian Church, will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.
