Nov. 5, 1921 - Feb. 17, 2010MISHAWAKA - Agatha M. McMillin, 88, of Mishawaka, died at 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2010, in her home surrounded by family. She was born on November 5, 1921, in Madrid, Iowa, to the late John and Martha (Keller) Knox. On December 1, 1941, in Newport, IN, she married Marshall McMillin. She is survived by her children, Diane Eckrote of Mishawaka, Janis Bobbitt of Mishawaka, Terry McMillin of Osceola and Rick McMillin of Osceola; 10 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Mary Ellen (Fred) Powell of Crawfordsville, IN, and Virginia Elofson of Gilbert, MN; and a daughter-in-law, Sherry McMillin of Denton, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marshall McMillin, who passed on April 27, 1993; and by two children, Robert and John McMillin. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2010, in Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses South, 123 Bain Avenue, Mishawaka. Entombment of her ashes will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, is handling arrangements.
