SOUTH BEND - Rose M. (Corthier) Medich,
64, of Oak Road, died at 4:10 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital
after an illness. Mrs. Medich was employed by Kmart for 24 years
in sales. She was born Oct. 16, 1931, in South Bend, and as Rose Corthier,
she married Robert Medich. He survives with three daughters, Toni
Kolczynski and June Troxel, both of South Bend, and
Mari Tiseo of North Liberty; a son, Thomas Osborn
of South Bend; seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a
brother, Robert J. Corthier of South Bend.
There will be no services or visitation.
Cremation will take place. Burial will be at a later date in
Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Welsheimer Funeral Home is
in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to
any charity.
