SOUTH BEND - Patricia L. (Brinley) Meister, 64, of Meridian Nursing Center-Cardinal, formerly of 2810 McArthur St., died at 9:25 p.m. Saturday in the nursing home after an illness. Mrs. Meister was a former secretary for Sullair Corp., Michigan City.

She was born Nov. 26, 1929, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. She is survived by a companion, Foster Strock of Mishawaka; and several cousins. She was a member of the Stroke Club.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. Cremation will take place with burial in Highland Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Stroke Club, in care of United Health Services, 711 E. Colfax Ave., South Bend, Ind. 46617.
