John David Melton

John David Melton, 30, of Portage
Street, South Bend. Ind., passed away on Sunday, Feb. 11th, in
his residence. John was born on April 1, 1970, in South Bend, as
the son of Clyde and Joan (Martsolf) Melton.
In December 2000 he married the former
Glenda Russell. John is survived by his wife, Glenda; his
daughter, Summerlace Melton of Mishawaka, Ind.; and his son Jon
Melton, also of Mishawaka; his parents, Clyde and Joan Melton of
Mishawaka; three sisters, Mary Brantley of Carlisle, Iowa,
Irene Leazenby of Mishawaka and Machelle
"Shelley" Rivers of Osceola, Ind.; three
brothers, Donald "Pete" Melton of Phoenix, Ariz.,
Charles "Jim" Melton of Mishawaka and Clyde Melton Jr.
of Roswell, Ga.; and by his maternal grandmother, Rhoda Evelyn
Martsolf of Mishawaka.
Friends may call today, Feb. 13th, from 6 to
8 p.m. in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14th,
in the funeral home, with Rev. Kenneth Mendenhall officiating.
Friends may also call one hour prior to the services on Wednesday
in the funeral home.
