SOUTH BEND - Angelo Frank Messana,
75, of 23674 Roosevelt Road, died at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Veterans
Affairs Medical Center, Marion, Ind. M
Mr. Messana retired in 1988 from Dodge
Division of Reliance Electric Co., Mishawaka, after 15 years of
service.
He was born May 30, 1919, in Mishawaka. On
Feb. 19, 1955, in Chicago, he married Donnabelle R. Darby.
She survives with five daughters, Tana Murphy of St.
Louis, Rosann McCann of Phoenix, Donna Hartman of
South Bend, Z. Gard of Mishawaka and Diane Messana of
Lakeville; two sons, Frank Zavor of Warsaw and Michael
Messana of Mishawaka; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren;
and three brothers, Mike, Ross and Victor, all of Mishawaka. A
son, Ross Messana, died in 1986.
He was a veteran of World War II.
There will be no services.
Cremation will take place. Friends may call
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Messana residence.
Bubb Funeral Chapel, Mishawaka, is in charge
of arrangements.
SOUTH BEND - There will be no services for Angelo
F. Messana, 75, of 23674 Roosevelt Road, who died at 2 p.m.
Wednesday in Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Marion, Ind.
Cremation will take place.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
today in the family residence. Bubb Funeral Chapel, Mishawaka, is
in charge of arrangements.
Among the survivors is a son, John of Las
Vegas.
