Godfrey V. ''Guff'' Miholich, 77, of Naples, Fla., and Dowagiac, Mich., formerly of South Bend, Ind., passed away Tuesday, in his residence on Magician Lake. Guff was born on Nov. 6, 1918, in South Bend. On Nov. 22, 1952, Guff married the former Rosemary Deren in South Bend, who survives.

Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Kathy Wolfram of South Bend; a son, James G. Miholich of Poway, Calif.; two grandsons, David and Tyler Wolfram; two sisters, Mary Mikulak of Ocala, Fla., Gisella Nagy of Shell Lake, Wis.; and a brother, Mr. William Miholich of Carlsbad, Calif.

Two brothers, Fred and Edmond, preceded him in death.

Guff was the former president of Midwest Sales and Service. He served with the U. S. Navy as a lieutenant during World War II. Guff graduated from the Engineering School of the University of Notre Dame in 1943. He served on the Board of Directors for Trustcorp Bank. He was a member of the Home Builders Association and Knights of Columbus South Bend Chapter.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m., today, at the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood Drive, South Bend. Cremation will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Stevensville, Mich.
