Stanley Mikula.

Stanley Anthony Mikula, 47, of 214 ½ Dixie Way N., died Friday night at his residence.  He was born Jan. 11, 1926, in South Bend and lived here all his life.  He was married to Lou Rogers, who died in 1971.

Survivors include a brother, Edward J. Mikula and two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Chreiner and Mrs. Lorraine Hadary all of South Bend.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Weisheimer North Funeral Home where a wake service will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday.

 

Note:  Gertrude Chreiner in the obituary is correctly spelled Gertrude Schreiner; Stanley is son to Anthony and. Rosalla (Abraham) Mikula

"Autopsy Ordered in Mikula Death"

An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death of Stanley A. Mikula, 47, of 214 ½ Dixieway N. Roseland police said Mikula was found dead in his apartment by relatives about 5:40 p.m. Saturday.  Officials said he apparently had been dead about a day.  Deputy County Coroner, Dr. James E. McMeel said Mikula apparently died of natural causes and that there were no signs of foul play.  The Weisheimer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
