Leonard Miller

Aug. 25, 1913 - Aug. 9, 1998

Leonard Miller, 84, of Mishawaka, Ind., passed away following an illness at 10:40 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, at the Holy Cross Health and Rehabilitation Center, South Bend, Ind.

Mr. Miller was born on Aug, 25, 1913, in Kentucky, to James and Dora Miller.

On Dec. 24, 1931, in Knox, Ind., he married the former Mary K. Worster, who survives

He is also survived by a son, Homer E. Miller of Mishawaka; his grandchildren, Dennis and Bonnie Miller; three great-grandsons, Eric, Eli and David Miller of Mishawaka; and by a sister, Alpha Robinson of South Bend.

Mr. Miller retired from Teamsters Local 364 in May 1977. He was a mason in the Masonic Lodge 294 in South Bend. He worked for Reith-Riley Construction and also for Sollitt Construction.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, where friends may call from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. today. Burial will follow at Sumption Prairie Cemetery, South Bend.
