Rhonda L. Mitchell, 42, residing on
Rosewood Drive, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away at 7 a.m. on
Thursday, Jan. 11, 2001 in her residence. Mrs. Mitchell was born
on April 2, 1958 in Elkhart, Ind. as the daughter of Mildred (Kirby)
and Richard Green, and had lived in this area all of her
life.
On March 15, 1980, in Elkhart as Rhonda
Green, she was married to Edward A. Mitchell. He preceded her in
death on May 30, 1996. She is survived by a daughter, Erica
Mitchell of Mishawaka; her mother, Mildred "Midge"
Green of Elkhart; her father, Richard Green of Elkhart; and by
two brothers, Jim Green and Rick Green, both of Elkhart.
Services for Rhonda L. Mitchell will be
conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 15, 2001 in Palmer Funeral
Home, 1109 Lincolnway West, Osceola. Burial will follow at
Highland Cemetery, South Bend.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday in the Palmer Funeral Home, Osceola. Contributions in memory of Rhonda may be offered to the American Diabetes Association, 7363 E. 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219.
